Friday Night Social - June 3rd

Tracey Boards will be sponsoring a Friday Night Social taking place from 6pm - 9:30pm at the Wilmot Recreation Complex.
The informal night will allow everyone to play as many or as few crokinole games as they wish, and to meet and socialize with their fellow competitors.

Tournament Day - June 4th

• 8:00am - Doubles Playing Area Opens
• 8:15am - Doubles Competition Starts
• 11:00am - Doubles Preliminary Scores Posted
• 11:10am - Doubles Round of 16
• 12:00pm - Doubles Semifinal and Final
• 1:00pm - Doubles Award Presentation
• 11:45am - Lunch available
• 1:30pm - Singles Playing Area Opens
• 1:50pm - Singles Competition Starts
• 4:30pm - Singles Preliminary Scores Posted
• 4:45pm - Singles Round of 24
• 6:00pm - Dinner Break
• 7:15pm - Singles Quarterfinals, Semifinals and Final
• 8:30pm - Singles Award Presentation

Casual Play: Between the doubles and singles event, as well as during the playoffs for players who don't advance, there will be crokinole boards available for casual play to allow people to maximize their enjoyment of the day. This casual play may include a 6-player-board, a 5-hole-board, and a crokinole skills challenge.

Food options will be available at the tournament. The downtowns of New Hamburg and Baden are also within a 5-10 minute drive of the venue and have a number of restaurant establishments.
